Working with Creative Director Anita Madeira, our purpose was to elevate this startup brand’s presence, from digital advertising to social media, and to make a real and authentic connection in the message. In addition, R+F produces a yearly Convention to celebrate their Consultants and launch new products. We created themes, collaborated on Main Stage designs, and produced videos for Convention that also served as their digital marketing platform.
R+F quickly grew to become the #1 Skincare Brand in the US during this time, with global presence in Canada and most recently, Australia. The new product launch of Lash Boost sold 1.5M units with $200M in sales in one year, while Active Hydration Serum, had $100M in sales within 8 months of the launch.

Kravet commissioned us to help develop an e-commerce site for their designers to add more product availability for their clients in a more accessible way. From logo and tagline design, to working with the web builders, we collaborated to create a new way to shop "designer-curated" rooms. CuratedKravet.com allowed designers to be able to explore features such as trends, designer stories, bios and mood boards, and experience a convenient way to shop.

Kravet is a 100-year old family run business and established leaders in the home furnishings industry. Our “inspired” print ad campaign for Kravet spanned 15 years, from 2001-2016. By using color and graphic metaphors we helped create consistent and ownable messaging for the brand. The slogan “inspired Kravet” was trademarked and incorporated into the company’s entire platform. We also created ad campaigns for two of their other brands, Lee Jofa and Kravet Contract.

ARCADE Creative Group is the independent advertising force behind Sony Music, specializing in creating content for the music culture. We designed this promotional brochure to be a tabloid size, with an area on the cover for a personalized note from Arcade’s president & founder, Adam Owett, directly reaching out to a targeted mailing list. Images used were all part of Arcade’s extensive image library.
GPCA stands for Global Private Capital Association and is a sister company to LAVCA (former name EMPEA). We did the new branding starting with a logo ( plus a variation of logo for regions), a Brand Style Guide, and Website, incorporating Newletters and various Programs used in the site. Also involved was researching imagery for the Brand and design of all website banners and GIFS to reflect the global aspect of the company.
Working with creative director Anita Madeira of TheProjects, we teamed up with Springs Global to launch the new Diane von Furstenberg HOME Collection for bed, bath and tabletop, specifically for Bloomingdale's. Our work included print ad campaign concepts, as well as photoshoot & production for packaging and editorial.

We worked from the ground up with Dipali Patwa, owner/creator of this lifestyle brand for babies and kids, resulting in a unique approach blending a global yet urban vibe. The inspired color palette and iconic daisy speak to the rich cultural influences of India, while adding a clean modern edge. MasalaBaby is a socially-conscious company committed to artisan groups all across India. Hand-crafted, women-crafted, and ethical are what matters the most.

Mela Artisans is a luxury-driven lifestyle brand that contemporizes traditional Indian handcrafted skills, while fostering entrepreneurship in local artisan communities. Our work includes a total re-branding, elevating the brand with a fresh sophistication, enabling them to gain new retail partners from Homegoods to Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus. The creation of a new tagline “ by heart, by hand” embraces that spirit.
The rebranded logo allowed for 4 alternative tiers, separated by color, to indicate the varying retail levels for the brand from lower to higher-end markets. We designed, prop-styled, retouched and executed final printing on various seasons of Lookbooks, as well as set up social media templates for Mela Artisans.
Lillian August is a 30 year/3 Generations company. We designed the original Lillian August logo over 20 years ago which has remained in effect with additional collection logos added in recent years. Work includes creating a Brand Style Guide and a Brand “Magalog” Booklet, as well as designing National Ads focusing on furniture (Sherrill Furniture Brands) including indoor and outdoor products. Work with various Licensees has led to hang tag designs and presentation imagery for new product categories.
On location in San Francisco, with Anita Madeira as director, we shot video and stills covering this new product launch. Using the “atmosphere” as metaphor, this outdoor location reinforces and communicates the moisturizing message. The product reached $100M in sales within the first 8 months of its launch. The assets created were used in a digital ad campaign and social media.
B&F is a prestigious source for exclusive furnishings since 1880 with a distinct point of view. We designed and art directed this series of ads utilizing the human element, specifically a fashionable woman, which we feel connects B&F's past with an ever-transcending and always enduring sense of style.

Beauty mogul Sue Devitt, began her cosmetics career as one of Hollywood’s top celebrity makeup artists. Sue developed a cult following for her results-oriented makeup and skincare line sold internationally at retailers including Sephora, Barneys, Harvey Nichols, Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s and QVC.
Artisan L’uxe delivers formulations that contain high-performance, technologically-advanced and powerful anti-aging ingredients and nutrients.
Devitt came to us in need of a website design for the launch of her new bio-based skincare line, ARTISAN L’UXE. Tasks included the logo, packaging, color palettes and follow-through to the individual product launches for banners and social media.

LAVCA stands for Latin American Venture Capital Association. We renewed the brand starting with a logo revise, then a Brand Style Guide, and Website Design. Multiple programs within the LAVCA organization were incorporated to help separate Research Data, Newsletters, Programs and Events.
We are proud to contribute for three years now, our graphic services to DIFFA- Design Industries Foundation Fighting Aids. Our theme “make a “DIFFA-rence” was part of this year’s DINING BY DESIGN social media messaging. This fundraising event showcases designers, manufacturers and creatives who bring their passion to the table, and features an array of dining installations on display for the five day event. All proceeds support DIFFA to improve the lives of thousands of people impacted by HIV/AIDS.
Portico Home expanded into the hospitality sector with a longstanding partnership with HYATT HOTELS. Sustainable fibers heightened the integrity of the brand and appealed to a more conscious clientele. Our work on this presentation Brand Deck involved the graphics, charts and iconic visual references to describe these important features: refinement, relevance and responsibility.
Working with creative director Anita Madeira, we developed and produced concepts for tv and print for the "Let's Talk" campaign, the company's first global advertising initiative, under CEO Andrea Jung.
Working directly with Avon for 8+ years, Anita Madeira Inc produced a large outdoor media campaign, print ads, as well as tv spots for anti-aging skincare and cosmetics, as well as new product launches and brand awareness. The advertising spend climbed from $63.4 million in 1999 to its peak of $400 million in 2010, during this time.
The slogan "the company for women" moved away from its long-time campaign "Ding Dong, Avon Calling" in a transformative effort to bring the Avon Lady into the 21st Century.
Working with Anita Madeira Inc., we were given the task as the creative steering committee for 2016 and 2017 R+F Convention. We were responsible for the main stage theme, concepts, video productions, while collaborating on all elements relating to the 3-day event. Held at the MGM Grand Exhibition Halls in Las Vegas to sell-out crowds, R+F Consultants and guests who weren’t able to attend were also able to view the event “live” for the first time, via Virtual Access.
Eric Redd is an accomplished musician who has sponsored 2 years in a row this huge event in Woodstock, NY to help the “Family of Woodstock” to serve the needy with supplying warm coats by this awesome Community drive- also this Holiday concert performed at Levon Helm’s Studio. Astele offers lighting, furniture and accessories for the interior designer, architects and hospitality. Various projects we worked on include: holiday invite, brochure, print ad, social media, and trade show booth.
The UK company GP&J Baker, wanted a website that combined the English level of sophistication with functionality that allowed the Designer the most ease of use- with a Search Library that actually “worked”. We were able to combine both beauty and function, resulting in an updated, upscale look, yet still retaining the heritage of the Brand.
Collector and dealer, Judy Finch, is the owner and creator of Art1, a web-based and 1st Dibs Shop, offering an eclectic mix of the decades with an emphasis on art. We updated her logo with a 3-d metallic treatment, and designed web banners and email blasts for her furnishings and jewelry offerings.
